MIAMI Dolphins (5-5) at BUFFALO BILLS (3-7)

Miami is 4-1 on the road against AFC East rivals under second-year coach Tony Sparano. The Dolphins are 19-3 when Ricky Williams has 100 yards rushing, including their past outing, in which Williams had 119 yards at Carolina.

Tampa Bay coach Raheem Morris took over defensive play calling for this week's game; coordinator Jim Bates was demoted after an embarrassing home loss to Saints. The Bucs have allowed 294 points, the second-highest total in the league.

Morris has blamed everybody (quarterbacks and coordinators) but himself for the Buccaneers' 1-9 record. Falcons 34-3

SEATTLE Seahawks (3-7) at ST. LOUIS Rams (1-9)

The Seahawks are playing the last of three straight road games for the first time since 2000. Seattle has two of the NFL's eight shutouts, both at home, but is 0-5 on road, losing by double digits in the last four.

Just a disgusting game. The only savior - both teams are bad, so maybe it's a repeat of Cleveland-Detroit. Rams 41-37

JACKSONVILLE Jaguars (6-4) at SAN FRANCISCO 49ers (4-6)

The Jaguars have won three straight and four of five, while the 49ers have lost five of six and are desperate to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Jacksonville has its first three-game winning streak since 2007.
